Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. All sales are considered final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products sold through studiocreative.in

If at all the order is cancelled, the amount would be refunded within 1-2 business days.

 

Non-Refundable Items or Services

All items or services purchased from studiocreative.in are NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

Exceptions to the No Refund Policy

The only exceptions to our No Refund Policy include:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: In the case of items that are received defective or damaged, please report this within 24 hours of receiving the item. An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims. In such cases, a replacement may be provided at the discretion of studiocreative.in

 

  • Wrong Item Sent: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our Customer Service within 24 hours for a possible refund or exchange. 
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.

Note -

  1. The Images of the items are edited before uploading them on the website. They would differ slightly with respect to the colour shades. Thus this difference,after receiving the product, would not be considered as a damage/defect and would not be applicable for any refund/exchange.
  2. The products are packed firmly and taped before dispatch due to which material folds would be seen, which are not considered as damage/defect.
  3. If the order is not delivered, due to any mistaken delivery details (eg. mobile no., pincode, etc) by the customer would be refunded after reducing the complete courier charges and ONLY when we receive the product at our warehouse.
